Rug Dock: Look past the mascot: compare the dated move, then examine contract permissions, liquidity control and developer exposure independently.

  1. Read contract permissions
    Check whether token authorities or owner permissions can change supply, freeze accounts or restrict transfers. Their presence and meaning depend on the chain.
  2. Examine control of liquidity
    Identify the trading pool, liquidity provider and any lock or burn evidence. A historical market-cap gain is not proof that liquidity remains available.
  3. Trace developer exposure
    Review known developer wallets and related transfers before interpreting a holder distribution. Unknown wallet ownership stays unknown.
